When I received the call, the 'reality' of it didn't sink in at first.
After a while, I started thinking....
And tears welled up in my eyes.
I was one second away from losing my really good friend forever.
Seeing her lying on the hospital bed today with bandages, looking so pale, it was really heartbreaking.
I feel really 'affected' by this incident.

People always think that these things won't happen to them.
When it does, somehow your perspective changes 360 degrees.
You tend to be more cautious and more aware of stuff.
Never take things for granted, anything can happen at any time. :(
